Also: Houston voted Blue in the last election, and the current democrat Mayor replaced a previous democrat lesbian mayor... so I'm not sure how much credit you want to hand to the republicans... doesn't seem like your typical republican success story.
I'm not trying to have it both ways. Just that the initial comment was 100% incomprehensible.
Literally every word was objectively wrong.
Houston is a horrible city by most metrics. Weather, the city's inability to deal with rampant homelessness, an economy that is tied to a commodity and subject to horrific boom-bust cycles, terrible infrastructure, no zoning, insane traffic.... Ive never heard anyone use it as a success story for a political party, but if Houston is your yardstick for republican success, then I don't know what to say.
But IAH is a very nice airport. So they have that going for them. Which is nice.
Must be terminal C. I went a few weeks back and was blown away. As a Houston resident I knew C as the meh terminal with E being the nice one
^^yes to M1. Lived in Houston years ago, now live in Manhattan. Wouldn't move back to Texas for a million bucks but IAH is a good airport.
^ Haha M1. You can't have it both ways.
Sometimes I troll
Yes, houston is a fantastic city. It shows what republicans can accomplish.
On the plus side - Centurion Lounge. On the minus - the baggage belt was 'jammed' tonight and I had to wait over an hour for luggage (yes. I check bags. I admit it).

Alright alright. I haven't been to Houston so wouldn't known.... Just saying, your first comment seems to say that there is nothing to be applauded, and then you tie that to republicans. Then in the next one, you mention that it's actual not republican, and that good things can't be tied to them... but you just said it was all misery.
