Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?
😂 this is too real

Highly recommend Mount Bonnell. Short hike and gorgeous views! Lin on West 6th and Clark’s Oyster Bar are amazing and in the middle of everything. Anywhere near those two is pretty safe to be a great experience. Enjoy!
Thanks a lot for your recommendation. I’ll put this on my list to visit when I’m in Austin.
Mt. Bonell.
Oasis at lake Travis.
Both are best spots for sunset.
Ziller park is lil overrated but you can go to chill.
6th St is an experience for Sat night party if you are in teens, 20s.
Thank you! I’ve heard Mt. Bonell is really popular and people seems to love it.

Barton springs pool is lovely, as is the drive to ski shores cafe.
Really appreciate the recommendation! Can’t wait to see both places for myself.
My wife and I just visited for the first time last week. Some things we enjoyed:
Grab sandwiches and a bottle of wine at Tiny Grocer, then drive to Zilker Park for a sunset picnic.
Rent a $20 kayak off Barton Springs. Some other places quoted $50, so shop around!
View the bats around dusk at the South Congress bridge. I don’t think we’re in peak bat season yet, but there are still many flying around.
Breakfast tacos at Rosita’s Al Pastor. We tried breakfast tacos at several spots, and these were by far our favorite.
People watching on South Congress (lots of shopping) is elite.
