Hello people. Need a suggestion and plz provide your honest inputs. I'm with EY GDS currently (3 YOE) with a package of 10LPA (before hike). Role is of Tax senior. I'm exploring roles in WELLS FARGO/JP as I am looking into profiles in investment banking. Have done masters in banking & finance, & have retail banking experience of 4.5 years. Overall 8+ YOE from scrap.
Just want to understand the salary structure and role in wells/jp if possible. What can I expect with the jump at most? Plz help.

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

What are some credit cards like the Apple Card that don’t have any physical numbers on them?

I like the Apple Card and considering opening one but want to see if there are better alternatives. It’s enticing that if I lose my card, I can instantly change the number so someone can’t use it. Plus no numbers means someone can’t randomly make a large fraudulent purchase.

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. Its hard to be positive nowadays in any work. When I joined IT industry i thought in IT we will not have politics and shit but its there. Ppl dont want to work together. They just want to keep their power. They achieve something and they wanna keep it anyhow. Its really sad. You wanna work with your open heart but ppl above you wont let it because in the end their position will be in danger. Why would be in danger? You know stuff, you have knowledge, you can grow more and more. Right??

I got a job offer from a new company so I signed the offer letter and received the company laptop and they have created login credentials for me but my date of joining was after 15 days. Then I have submitted the resignation on current company. Now my current company found that I have accepted the offer for new company and got their laptop. Now they are asking me to pay 1.5 lakhs for giving the experience letter saying dual employment and breach of trust.

How can I handle this situation
