Signed up for Chase Ink Preferred for 120k sign up bonus. Combined that with some other Chase points to send 140k to Hyatt. Booked the Andaz Tokyo for 4 nights. Cash price $4.4k. Not a huge fan of cpp valuations, but would be about 3 cpp which I'm very happy with. Heard amazing things about the property, so even with no status or GOH, I'm very excited! Another reason why travel points >>> cash back.

Is it worth the rent to stay in west village socially? Or just stay in exchange place in jersey and commute to midtown?

My family mistreated me when I was younger, and now that I don’t live at home, they don’t call or bother to look for me, because frankly, I think they have a hard time admitting what happened - and will never apologize to me either.
