Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?

Warm up questions tend to be fairly simple, asking you about a hobby, or a general question about why you chose your career. The real purpose is to assess how you speak and handle yourself when you're caught unawares and not working from a script. The best way to prepare is to just stay relaxed and confident. Don't worry about the topic of the question ahead of time, as it could be anything. Just resolve to show some energy and confidence.

Warm up questions are, I’m assuming, to get a jist of your natural personality. Simple questions to get to know you and get you comfortable going into the interview. I tend not to practice questions myself, because I don’t want to rehearse questions they don’t ask. I just develop my confidence to speak in general
It might be hard to find someone in here who knows exactly what they might ask of you. I am sure it is some sort of scenario that they want to see how you would handle. Best of luck to you in the interview.
