I interviewed with PwC for sf dev two weeks back. Last week I called up the HR who got me interviewed for an update on it but she just said that give us some more time we will get back to you. Is it pretty usual in PwC to take this much time?

How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? Chatted with a recruiter for a PM role, he quoted a 150K base salary with equity being around 75% of base. Does this mean that equity is expected to be ~112K each year, or is it 28K each year given a 4 year vest?

I'm currently on £60k at a start up. Just got offered a job at a games company with a salary of £50k + 15% bonus 😖 I immediately spoke to them and told them that is way below my current salary and they raised to £56k + 15% bonus which would put me on £64.4k total comp. I've said I'll think about it and hope they raise the offer again.
Should I not consider this at all if they don't at least match my base? I have been aiming for £70k-£80k when looking at new jobs

I’m interviewing next week for a solutions engineer at a company I really like, which I mistakenly applied for as I saw they needed ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. Upon reading the job description, it’s clear I will be doing a lot of sales and client consulting over actually coding. I know they have a FE SWE role open. How would you approach asking the recruiter if there are any SWE openings I could be considered for instead ?
