Was interviewing at 3 agencies, and was starting to get a feel for THE one…Today I got an offer from that agency (and got rejected from the other two) Feels like a SIGN !!!!! I am seriously stoked though—great team, great client and a dope partner who I really vibed with. On top of that was able to get what I wanted salary-wise. My first job !!!!!! To all the Jrs out there looking —you got this. The right job really will take time but so worth it

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't? We started out as coworkers, became decent friends after a few good moments, but went back to simply coworkers after they flubbed a few projects and I had to step in to clean up.
