I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. Hi all, wanted to share a couple things that have been real blessings to me and boosters to my faith lately in case they are helpful for anyone else: 1) CBSM - it’s a 4-year course that takes you though the whole Bible. Im in year 2 and love it. 2) Pints with Aquinas podcast. He has both long form/interview podcasts and also very short Bible study podcasts where he analyzes a verse or two and provides Aquinas’ view on it. Ugh I wanted to take my son to see a UFC match in person. Just so happens there is one in November at Madison Square Garden - great right! I knew the tickets would be expensive, was willing to pay $400 to $500 a ticket as long as they were decent.
