Starting the interview process with another company in industrials, and my current TC is ~$600k. Headhunter wants to chat about comp expectations - anyone have advice on how to approach? I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?
