We are a new team starting from zero.
One of our members struggles with serious depression/suicidal thoughts. She is a top producer in my organization. She thinks she doesn’t need medication nor therapy. At work she is super polite, though during her crisises she becomes mean, and hateful. I have the feeling she is badmouthing the team to the big boss and will get transferred to another team while the rest of us are let go. Someone please help me!

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. We got back to it and have been trying for the last 2 months again, still no luck. We’re freaking out… all we want is a family. Any similar stories? Advice? 😢

Hey everyone. I am not an ADHD consultant, but mom to a 6 year old who is very likely ADHD (we will be starting the diagnosis process soon). I wanted to hear from anyone who was also diagnosed as a young kid on any advice you have for me? Knowing what you do now, would you recommend meds for a 6 year old (if it comes to that)? What other solutions/therapies can I use with my kid? Please, any advice is welcome!

I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? Currently I’m switching every hour or so between my kneeling chair and standing.

Question for outpatient PCP’s. How is everyone handling new patients if you have switched to telemedicine due to COVID?

I am 31 and trying to conceive since 2 months. My mom had early menopause when she was 39 or 40. I am bit worried and my family doctor said she can transfer me to fertility specialist as I have such Family history.

I want to try conceiving naturally for 6 months before I meet a fertility specialist. Should I be really worried about my mom’s condition? Should I meet fertility specialist right away?

When did you decide to get medicated? I have what I’d call “high functioning” depression and anxiety. See a therapist and all, but still deal with lows that seem hard to overcome for weeks on end - losing interest, hard to focus on work, sleeping difficulties, etc. Hard to tell when to make that decision!

Am an executive assistant and There is one executive I support who is very annoying. He doesn't behave this way with backup admin assistants when am out of the office
