Industry offer is paying higher currently FYI. Big4 wouldn't budge further, nor would the Big4 HR even reply to your other basic queries.

Any big law associates struggling to get consistent work? I’ll bill 9-10 hours for a few days and the next days bill like 3-4 hours. My hours suck because I can’t stay consistently busy.

Husband is being required to go into work one day a week. This week they wanted him and extra day. I have a presentation that extra day so I asked if he could not or move to another day. Husband says I’m unreasonable. I should expect that there will be times I need to juggle my 2.5 year old and 6 month old alone with work. I’ve been a Sys Admin for the last 4 years, and I’m not very well-versed with coding. The phone screen does have whiteboard coding, any tips on what I could do to prepare for this? I’m not sure if I can let the interviewer know I’m not too strong with coding. I do want to take up the challenge, and also find out if the role would require extensive coding though. Any tips?

Hi All, I have received offer from Wipro and location is Pune but during HR discussion I mentioned my preferred locations as Gurgaon/Delhi/Jaipur . Same I had discussed with HR after receiving the offer but now they are saying joining location can not be changed and have to join at Pune only.

Please suggest what can I do in this case as I don't want Pune location because Wipro is calling for hybrid mode work and need NCR only ?
