We have accepted that there are no perks at GDS (no cab or shuttle facility, no sodexo card, no gym membership reimbursement). Fine, but the new pune office is selling food at almost 100/- or more per meal and thats exorbitant, you boomers! How the hell is that acceptable? They should offer meal cards or subsidized meals. Even some smaller companies does it. And the coffee machines dont even work half of the time. Is the mgmt blind or just plain stupid? EY

Agreeing with OP.. even though there is a company transunion (small company compared to EY i believe) i think they offer free snacks and sometimes free food as i have seen people entering details and taking their meals.. considering EY as a big brand at least they should provide meal coupon codes or subsidised food..
There are a total of 3 coffee machines among which only 1/2 works properly among which you can't take milk... most of the time water cans are not filled and need to go from one corner to another corner of the office to get bottle refilled
Unnecessarily fire alarms/gate alarms/AC alarms shoot up and they take too much time to respond to that..
Don't know why they put so low temp at offc and in the cafeteria sometimes i feel like i am at some colder place like manali..🥲
There is no area to play and relax ourselves.. gym is not operational because the construction is still going on..
Their gokhanna app and their wifi sucks.. and they fucking peoples don't accept cash or qr scan you need to buy from app only.. there is no network at 1st floor (& there 1st floor is actually 3rd floor) for ordering foods.. and not sure if they have added jammers bcoz most of the time i am unable to use the internet on my phone.. And even offc wifi sucks..
