Four core facets to WFH success

I’m waiting for my background check as I accepted an offer for Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Rep. While I’m a 1099 for my current role, I still haven’t told them I am leaving for a full time role that can change my life. It’s a small agency, and I’ve gotten close with the director. She’s the employment reference I gave; I’m a nervous that when they receive the call to verify employment, my days will be difficult. I’d hate to be let go before I start with LM. Thoughts? Starting a new job tomorrow. My new office allows casual dress (jeans and sneakers) through at least the end of the year while people are still mostly remote. I was also told that I could wear jeans and sneakers on my first day for orientation. These are the only non athletic sneakers I own. Do you think they would be appropriate? I’m mostly worried about the backs—one side is green, one is red.

Hi folks, I resigned from my previous company and due to health reasons and other family emergencies I have 20 Loss Of Pay Days mentioned in the last month Payslip. My LWD was on 1st Nov. I am planning to join the next company by the end of Nov. Is the gap of close to 1 month or LOP days in the payslip going to create a problem. Please suggest.

It's all about proof. Can you prove you are more productive based on work outcomes prior to COVID vs. now? If you can quantify that WFH is better for the company, then you'll have a chance of convincing your manager.
Yeah sounds perfect kind of initial argument but I heard from few of my friends that this is the standard response they provide " you have to come according to the company policy and others also don't think it's not gonna make that much difference"
Note: It depends on PM though it's coming to more or less same argument. And there it is "phir to kya hi kar sakte hai.."
I would def have statistics and anything you can ready to back up your claim that you are more productive at home. If you can show hey I've done xyz in the last six months being from home, they are more likely to go for it.

Don't get vaccinated
They wouldn't call unless someone is fully vaccinated as it is a mandate
I am using this wild card keeping my health in jeopardy until I find fully remote
Noice
Just perform poorly after they force you to come to office. And complian that you are not can't focus as you used to focus at home.
don't tell then you are vaccinated they won't call
I would tell them that someone in my family is high risk!
