Pick 1. Better pay, full time security + benefits, and agency experience is 10x more valuable than in-house. You can go in-house whenever you want if you have good agency experience.
Yup. Never go contract for less money. Only consider contract if it’s at a higher wage (even if it’s contract + benefits). You should expect that there will be downtime at the end of the contract where you will be back on the market, so build in a 3 to 6 month buffer for that.
1 all the way! There’s always going to be opportunity to switch accounts.
Want to clarify - the contract role is long term with intention to convert to FT but yeah who knows. Thinking it could also be an opp to experience in house and see if it’s something I’d want to do.
Full time and worst case keep looking but take it quick. If you haven’t enjoyed a rescinded offer in this industry, you haven’t been in it long enough. Good luck!
