I’m currently interviewing for an AS role which would be a bit of a pay cut, but I’ll get to learn a lot so I’m interested. Any tips on how to approach the negotiation convo if/when that comes, besides asking to at least meet me halfway re:salary? They already provide unlimited PTO and free health benefits(which is nice).

How is the Business Operations (BO) team at ZS?
Particularly at AC level.

I have couple of more questions:
1. WLB as I have heard is pretty pathetic at ZS. Is it same in BO team as well?
2. Salary range for the AC role? (I have 3+ years of experience post MBA, before MBA 0 years, transitioning from big 4)

This is regarding income tax proof submission.
I Joined UST on Nov'21 and before UST I was not under any tax slabs. I had only 1 LIC premium being deducted on monthly basis. Though I declared the LIC amount from April 2021 to March 2022. I have still got LIC statements till Dec2021 only.
Also planning to invest in ELSS and term insurance by Jan end. While i only submitted LIC in investment declaration form.

I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
