Thanks to my company constantly being short staffed, I have over 5yrs experience in QA, Operations, Warehousing and HR. Mostly at the Supervisor level. I finally got my first manager position last year, but I’m an individual contributor. I am currently in Learning and Development. Looking to break into tech, but unsure how to tailor my resume for that.
I’ve been turned down from a few jobs, one recruiter let me know I was overqualified.

Hi All,
BA/PM blend here with primarily digital transformation experience in insurance (6 yoe), getting a bit into change mgmt and release mgmt. I'm passively looking, and would love to find someone who is that 2 years ahead of me to figure out what direction may be best (product mgmt?) and how.
Honestly though, every mentor/mentee relationship I've been in there is learning that goes both ways. Maybe it's soft skills or its how to manage corporate politics or maybe it's something else, but it goes both ways so I'm open to chat. Even about social work, which is where I was prior to IT.
Hello. I’ve been in consumer services for the past 5 yrs. I recently moved into a new role as a Supply Chain Analyst.

Hello, I am open to mentoring and being mentored! I can mentor early talent and those looking to pivot out of education. I have 5.5 years of experience in career development and learning and development. I’m currently actively job searching and unsure what roles would be best for me. I’m applying for coordinator and specialist roles but unsure if I’m under selling myself. Definitely applying to manager and se moor coordinator roles, too. Looking to be in tech.

Both looking for a mentor and to mentor others. I have a decade of diverse HR consulting experience for clients of all sizes. Took an internal Head of People/HR role 2 years ago and am missing a mentor to bounce ideas off of and collaborate with.
I also miss mentoring other consultants and those looking for a little career coaching.
Interested in being mentored! Brand new UX designer who is feeling some serious imposter syndrome now that I am in a UX-specific role. My background is web design from a university where I was on a team of 6 people who mostly updated content for the university community.
