Interesting exercise if anyone is interested: Post your resume. Please hide names, company & job titles. Receive feedback from bowl members as to what they Think you are most qualified to DO or Be. Suggestion for resume editing as well. I found this incredibly interesting pertaining to how people 'feel' your resume.

I think you are more qualified than I am, but if I was interviewing you, I like that I know what each thing means and I would be excited to hear specifics about how each of those things played out for you and examples of what it looked like for you.

Really interesting in the feedback!

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.

Anyone have similar experiences or do I just suck at executive stakeholder management?

Hello! New to Fishbowl! I am looking for a mentor. I was a stay at home mom and have decided to return to the workforce after my divorce. I am currently a TA but I desire to move into HRIS. I am currently working for a start-up e-commerce logistics company. Accepted the offer in efforts to “get my foot in the door” but I feel like I’m grossly underpaid and unfulfilled bc I didn’t know how to leverage my skills. So I’m looking for guidance on how to make this transition. Thanks in advance!

Hoping to find someone who can help guide an early career shift to management (recruiting externally). Anyone willing to share their wisdom?

Two cents intro:
Am coming from the B2B tech advanced analytics space. Have also thought about consulting IC work, since it can be very people-forward. My goal is to make my daily people-first rather than code-first. Since I like corporate and helping folks and projects grow, analytics management seems ideal.
