Zoom Passover Seder plans? What are you all doing?

I’m concerned about the surge in omicron. I packed everything, just in case. Q2 is ending, a new quarter is starting. We get new kids each quarter as a Specials teacher.
It’s stressful at quarter changeovers.
In going back after break, it’s too much of a contrast. I cannot sleep, I wake up in the middle of the night, “for the day”, about 6 nights a week. To stay structured, I go to “Surrender yoga” daily. I’m good to go do 1 more thing after yoga. I feel accomplished. Couching causes anxiety.

Anyone else have mild OCD?

Hasn't negatively affected my life (could argue it has improved my work quality)

Whenever I send/recieve emails or texts of importance, I reread it over and over again. I'm talking like 20+ times

And I'll read it under my breath and if I mess up a word or it doesn't sound right, I'll start from the beginning and reread it until I get the sound and cadence right

Does anyone else feel cold indoors often, even on days like today when it’s not cold out? I‘ll get cold to the point of shivering and end up cranking up the heat. I have been teaching students with special needs for 21 years now. The class size used to be 12:1. Now it’s 15:1, but you can have up to 18 students with the variance.
