What's the biggest health myth you've heard that you'd like to bust? Mine is that supplements are always a healthier option than prescription or OTC meds. A lot of the supplements on the shelf contain all types of unnatural ingredients and can still be harmful depending on the dosage.

Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences. And the reason I mentioned lean PCOS is because it seems for others with PCOS part of the fertility path is diet/exercise/weight loss but I am already very tiny.

Hope this isn’t too sensitive a topic to ask about, but for all those with deeper Indian roots than I do (born in or living in India), can you please explain why some people posit that even having this chat perpetuates the negative parts of a caste system? My perhaps naive perspective is that Brahmins are a caste but also a religious subsect. One can be religious and seek similar devotees without believing in or perpetuating caste hierarchy.
