There are so many ways I could take the project but I’m curious what kind of outline and level of depth you expect from a project like this? I was planning on doing research separately & share so they can see what I normally do, and then a deck showing visuals, mood boards, and messaging ideas etc. Does that seem right?

Applying for promotion to Digital Design Lead. 15 YoE, currently making about 82k + profit share. 3rd in seniority and department is currently restructuring. Based on some other internal salary ranges, planning to to ask for 106k, about a 30% jump. How does this look?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

If you were to hire an in-house digital marketing manager/ director, would you prefer to fill the role with a Google account manager (sales) or an account director from a midsize agency? Obviously there are nuances, but what experience is more attractive? Or would it really just depend on the candidates?

Looking for a new role leading a PM and/or ops team. I'm an agency (media & creative) vet - depth in digital, crm, creative, tech, data, & process dev/deploy.

Have also worked ~4 years transforming / running ops at Kimbery-Clark's Digital COE and ~a year on web & digital projects at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Do IH agencies have substantial PM teams / need for leadsrship? I know many need operations & process enhancement.

Any specific roles on anyone's radar?
