Went thru the loop for a L6 program manager role and just got the news that they will not be moving forward with my application. I know the recruiters don’t share any feedback, is there anyway I can get some intel on what went wrong? I thought all my loop interviews went really well so really surprised with the outcome.

Where is a great place to find Graphic Designer positions, with solid companies that are willing to compensate at fair market value? I’ve tried Indeed and LinkedIn, but no luck landing even so much as an interview.

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill
