If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. I don’t have the balls. I can’t go through another meeting hearing them brag that WPP has earned millions and millions.

I've seen quite a few people make jokes about being "aged out" of advertising. Could someone please explain what that looks like and when that typically happens? Forgive the dumb question, I'm a newbie to the industry so I'm a bit confused. Wouldn't agencies want people with more experience?
