Were there recent changes in vet hiring rules? In the past, my vet status as a 6&out National Guardsman with no deployments didn’t really count. But this year, more companies are saying my vet status counts in their recruiting process. Curious if there were recent changes related to this at a legislative level or something?

2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

It sounds great, but I am worried about the disruption this industry is facing with Robo advisors and other low cost, DIY options. I don’t get it: Why would anyone invest, for example, in a 6% dividend yield etf with a 0.50% ER (ie EMHY) instead of a 9% dividend yield etf with a 2.5 ER (ie YYY)? Wouldn’t you still be getting better results with the expensive one?
