How many leaves are there in virtusa in a year
I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

definitely a red flag. reviews can be great but they can also be falsified if they’re asking friends and family etc to leave reviews. i would see if there’s a local wedding planning fb group you can join to see if anyone can give feedback. remember if you don’t go with it as much as it sucks it’s not your dream if the owners are constantly adding stress to you :)

Agree with AS1, our venue was amazing and super responsive while was insanely helpful. We also didn't have a planner so idk what it would have been if they weren't supportive and non-responsive
I’m gonna give a different take on this one. Our venue came with a venue coordinator and it took them weeks to respond before we officially booked them as they were slammed with requests. (We booked in June of last year). Once we made the deposit all our questions were answered promptly. Also it’s prime wedding time, they’re probably managing a ton of weddings and don’t have time to respond to inquiries/super detailed questions
Totally, I get being busy. But our venue has missed a scheduled tour time, responded then left us hanging for a week, and after signing the contract they haven’t sent the invoice for the deposit in over a week and they haven’t replied to my email about it in 2 days. It would be one thing if they were professional about it but this does make me wonder.
Recently married here. Since you signed the contract, not sure what are the penalties are even if you wanted to back out. Seems like they are quite disorganized but not sure if that's because you haven't been assigned with specific person to work with you yet.
At this stage, I would try calling or emailing the manager from the venue so see what's going on and if there's any way to improve the communication.
Would you regret for not having it at your dream location or would you regret to be stressed out during the planning stage?
They might just be really overwhelmed at this moment as its not just a normal wedding season. It's after covid wedding season meaning those who got delayed are all hosting now.
Yes. You don’t want issues on your big day. I wouldn’t chance it
