I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.
Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Candidates ghost when there’s an extreme disconnect between the opportunity presented and the actual role.
Your company is likely over promising and under delivering in more than one area.
Maybe change your recruitment strategy to target candidates that align with the pay you’re offering and be realistic about who you can hire given your limitations.
👆🏼This 💯 candidates ghosting are telling you that whatever they have experienced to date does not seem worth their time, or they were hired by someone else and the whole experience or lack therof was so unremarkable so as to not warrant any kind of note to you.
- check your Glassdoor / Indeed reviews. Any negative reviews scaring away candidates?
- is your process taking too long?
- do the job responsibilities match the job title?
- are the benefits package and compensation competitive?
- are you requiring 5 days in office? If other companies are offering similar roles with better benefits and hybrid/remote work, candidates will choose the latter.
- is your interviewer able to sell the company and role to candidates, or are they scaring them away?
