I think WFH is win/win. Workers get to avoid a pointless commute, can work from anywhere, and have access to household comforts (food, radio, etc) And employers save on office space, commuting benefits, and the infamous PIZZA PARTIES ;)
Exactly, it’s hard to understand why so many companies are pushing for RTO when remote work has proven just as effective, if not better. The work still gets done, productivity hasn’t dropped, and employees enjoy better balance.
It truly is the best. There is no reason for me to have to come into the office to do my job since literally everything is done remotely, on my own. I'm so glad my company hasn't pushed for RTO and likely never will. I'm way too accustomed to remote life to ever go back to the office.
Same here! I feel lucky to be working from home too. Even though I still have to go to the office once a month, it doesn’t really bother me. Nothing compares to the comfort of working in your own space.

Totally—working from home changes the game. The extra time and lower stress make a huge difference in how the day feels.
Exactly! No need to wake up early, rush to get ready, or spend an hour driving. I recently had a 6 week mandatory work-from-office schedule, and honestly, I hated every bit of it. The commute felt exhausting.
