I am CA having 4 YOE . I have two offers one from KPMG India for CFO Advisory (Financial Services Industry) with designation Sr. Consultant and another from Morgan Stanley as Assistant Manager for Fund Accounting Role.
Both are at par interms of pay packages with Morgan Stanley slightly offering more.
