Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

Emailing everyone about this during a historic blizzard when everyone had 3 hours of shoveling and kids stuck at home was a nice touch. Also making no differentiation between associates and senior managers billable targets is wild.

Who isn’t doing 55 charge minimum in busy season?
SA1, those ppl are doing 55-60 hours minimum year round lol
Yeah I’ve been at this for 10 years and 55 chargeable has always been required across all the firms I’ve worked at. Sometimes those admin hours add up but it doesn’t count toward 55 billable.
Is it even busy season if you aren’t getting to 60?
I would guess I have more coachees than most at double digits, my talent scores are 8 points above the average here, and again, I have a business leadership role that is 40% of my time. I also get my entire office time run every week for review and an audit manager spending 10 hours a week on admin and Prd in busy season is absolutely an outlier.
AM1 should meet with their coach and figure out how to prioritize more effectively.
I think Grant Thornton required 60 during peak busy season when I was there… then it dropped to 55, then 50 by end of April.
55hrs billable minimum over here
