Any other first years out there worry that this virtual environment just won’t be able to teach them? Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

I feel inadequate and unsure of how or if to acknowledge the US/Buffalo racist murders and terrorism of this weekend in the workplace. I don’t want to do disservice or unintentionally further traumatize anyone. I know my Black colleagues are traumatized. I am horrified. And yet we just have our meetings and I guess compartmentalize it away.
