I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

Is your manager truly supportive of your overall career no matter what you want to do? Can you trust your manager that you can tell them anything? Are they ultimately focused on your success?

For sure. I’m more asking why other people like about their bosses.
Trust and openness are really big for me.

Good points!

Awesome!
I stayed with my last boss for six years. Absolutely loved him. He was laid back. He trusted me. He praised my work. He’d confide in me because he knew I wouldn’t repeat it. He backed me on going to school and would sign me up for special programs that let me learn new things. He didn’t like suck ups. What I didn’t like was that he didn’t really help me move up. He really wanted me to stay on his team. I gave a lot of grace on the didn’t like stuff because I get it. I’ve been a manager and it’s hard to lose top people.
