I always start with the basics of how was your weekend? When they ask mine, I tell them about church and what I learned and let the convo follow. You’d be surprised, sometimes they ask questions to learn more about it!
The best way is not through words or preaching, but through example. Let your light shine on the world. Let people see how happy you are, the good works that you do, the love that you have and give everyone and they will want to have part of it as well and know the secret to your happiness
If someone is dealing with sickness or something in their family or upcoming surgery. I’ll privately let them know I’m available if they need anything and that I will be praying for them and if they’d like, I’ll invite my chirch to pray too

Use “how was your weekend” conversations. Great way to openly share that you went to church and learned some great nuggets. When they hear you’re excited about it, they’re likely to ask questions
Not so much co-workers (or if they’ve become close) but if they’re looking for encouragement I share Christian meditations ( basically longer prayers) I use often

I am late to the party here! I just discovered this bowl. :-) I think it’s key to be different (good different) and do our work with excellence — show up on time, don’t miss deadlines, don’t do sloppy work, pay attention to detail, don’t cut corners, accurately bill time and submit expense reports, etc.
