I’m planning to work with a rental mgmt company that has 3 properties in my complex. They’ll charge 1 month rent for the marketing and 7.9% mgmt fee. Got news that my house closing may have to be moved due to a delay in the sale of my home. My partner’s income was excluded in the DI ratio, but if it were included we’d be well under the % threshold and can be approved to close on time regardless of the sale of my house. Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

It seems like we’ve had many people join from firms today. In the in-house bowl we had a lot of people speaking about F50 who don’t actually work there and the info/advice was often not accurate. If you’re not at an F50 feel free to ask questions but please refrain from commenting on things you don’t have first hand knowledge of so we can avoid the misinformation issues and make this bowl helpful for all

Anyone have any luck negotiating at meta? I’m missing my bonus and the signing bonus they offered was not close

Any tips for how to stand out when submitting resumes online to an F50? I have started sending my resume to in-house jobs and it’s hard to even get a response from most listings. I have tried being targeted (e.g., applying to in-house M&A roles and not just any in-house role) and adjusting my resume for particular listings (e.g., highlighting experiences of interest to the company). For a number of places, I have indicated that I am looking for a remote position, which is maybe a negative.

Can anyone provide insight into Meta Lead Counsel/IC5 total comp? I have an offer (DC) for 210 base/15% bonus/185 equity over four years, and I’m wondering what others have received, how much I can negotiate, etc. I understand base and bonus may not be negotiable, but I’ve heard that technical folks have negotiated equity packages 3-4x the amount I was offered - so is there a lot of room there? I had a google referral from privacy counsel for a privacy counsel role that I met all the qualifications for and I didn’t even get a screener. Feeling a bit confused. I just got an offer from another FAANG company but feeling perplexed by this rejection.
