What are the best case interview prep resources out there today? I know Victor Cheng / Case in Point from the early part of this decade. What’s more recent and better to recommend to candidates?

Going into final round/loop interview with Amazon and nobody has asked my TC expectations or told me the target for the role yet. Is that standard? Is there a chance one of the loop interviewers will ask me about it?

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

I’m also curious about whether this is something that I should just discuss with my recruiter directly?

I am currently going through an interview process and one of the seven interviews is with someone I may be managing if I get this job. I actually love this idea and I look forward to learning from him/her. Has anyone gone through a similar interview before? What kind of questions were you asked?
