I’ve had a lot of success with AdForm, an ad server that’s just breaking into the US market. They have device fingerprinting and cross device technologies, and they’re willing to provide transaction level log data on their device fingerprinting and cross device id graphs. The biggest caveat is that because AdForm has unified IDs across their ad server, DMP and DSP, Google has special requirements for the ad tags that are loaded into Google buying platforms like AdWords. Nothing that’s not manageable though!
