What are the differences and similarities of copywriting at an ad agency vs. a branding agency?
The reason I ask: I feel unfulfilled in my current role as a direct-response copywriter at a tech company and am thinking through next steps. I crave coming up with creative ideas and concepting with a close-knit team. I also appreciate brand strategy (I started as a junior strategist at an agency before realizing I belong on the other side of the brief).

On average, how many candidates does your firm interview for a lateral associate opening? For example, for the last lateral associate we hired in my group, we did initial interviews with 3 candidates, then a callback with the top 1 of those 3 before extending an offer to that top 1.
