What are the differences and similarities of copywriting at an ad agency vs. a branding agency?
The reason I ask: I feel unfulfilled in my current role as a direct-response copywriter at a tech company and am thinking through next steps. I crave coming up with creative ideas and concepting with a close-knit team. I also appreciate brand strategy (I started as a junior strategist at an agency before realizing I belong on the other side of the brief).

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.
