What are the questions asked in the Managerial round of epam interview??

Have a friend who's interviewing for Microsoft for a junior developer role.

They sent an email asking for salary and stock expectations. Any thoughts how they should answer? Or what salary would be good?

I am new to Canada and applying jobs via Linkedin / Indeed in IB / Corporate Development / Private equity roles. However, no success so far. Had also gone through 3 rounds of discussion (without any opening) with a leading Canadian Bank. I have a few questions for you.

1. Should i start shooting my resume with cover letter on linkedin profile of IB Directors / VPs / Associates
2. What should be the frequency of follow up with bankers in the bank in which i had discussion already

Hi, everyone. How realistic it is to start a career at McKinsey as an Associate when I just had a baby and my husband also has a demanding job?
Positive: My mom lives with us and takes care of the baby a lot + nanny/cleanin, and I am hoping to not travel because my industry is in the city.
Negative: Burned out at my current consulting company, working 10-11hours/day. I haven't felt guilt yet, bc I am WFH and I get to see her from 6 to 9 am then 1-2 hrs before bedtime and then I keep working.

So, I’m struggling. Used to be a pathological saver and had tons on money anxiety. Now, I have totally fallen victim to lifestyle creep and need to cut back on frivolous expenses (eating out and clothing). I’m SO ashamed that my monthly spend is so high (approx $7k/month). I make big law money and can afford it but I am stunned at how easily I spend money now. I’d like to divert more of that cash to retirement, but I need to rein in that spending before I do. Good god.

I recently completed my technical interview with epam anywhere and I got selected in that. Now HR told me that I have one more project interview round which is also technical. In my epam profile it's showing that it's an offer interview. My HR told for functional testing it's a project interview instead of offer interview. I really confused about this and why should I take another Technical round even after clearing 1.5 hrs technical round. Can anyone share details of it?
