I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

I can speak fluently in any presentations or debates. But my words get struck in my mouth when it's time to reject anyone or anything.

Now comes the scenario where I have to reject the companies I don't wanna join.

I sent mail to all companies, big companies didn't even bother to call back. But one mid sized company HR keep on calling me and says I'm doing wrong and if I want he can counter my existing package or give me more than that.

I gave a coding test on a potal with hr monitoring , but the portal had lots of issues , I couldnt do a Sysout to check the values , I couldn't run my testcases , in the end I had to use my own environment and make things work in last 5-10 mins.I received a rejection from their process for 1 year now.I have requested the recruiter for a re-test with a technical engineer present if same issue arises but I doubt they will accept it , what could I do next ? I hope you're doing great. I've worked in two domains in my past experience. One is in sales and marketing for Business Development Executive post and other in Technical support executive. And I have over 1 year experience in both companies. I would prefer job in sales and marketing rather than in Technical support. Because I've more liking to it. The last working date on my previous employer experience letter is wrong. It's just a one day difference. Now during background verification employer is asking to contact previous employer to correct the date.
In worst case scenario if previous employer doesn't respond, will this cause my offer letter to be revoked?
