Hi I’m a current Graduate student, hoping to get my foot in the door for Deloitte Healthcare Consulting, Accenture CDP, or EY specifically within Chicago Offices. Is there anyone open to connecting and speaking on their experience being hired? I have previous experience working prior to my degree so hoping to get insight on how I can best score an interview. If you’re also open to providing a referral that would be a bonus!
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Drink. It helps me not want to explode. Jk jk. My job isnt bad at all. I do some random research every now and again on new ways of thefts and fire science. If someone checked mt search history they'd have some questions im sure.
Nah, I am sure they would not think you were into burglary or a "fire bug". I can see where your studying could help in the insurance realm.
I spend a ton of time working with AI on personal projects. The more I use it in my personal life, the more proficient I am using it at work. It's saving me a ton of time across the board.

Good point! I did some AI prompt writing for pay awhile back and it definitely helps me now that my company lets us use AI.
I actually took a public speaking class at a local community college to help me learn how to speak in front of people and not be so nervous. It made a big difference in how I communicate. I would definitely say I bring what I learned into interviews.

I agree, that could be resume material.
I think in any sales role what you do on your off hours does really help you if you are doing something out in the community rather than those who just use the off hours to sit around the house.

You mean because the more people you know the easier sales becomes because of increased connections? Or because you're positively representing your company in the community?
I'm getting a doctorate in strategic leadership and have a master's in management and I let everyone know in every interview lol. I also love to learn so I do all kinds of things in my resume. I'm a chair in a local political party. Den leader in cub scouts etc.
Yes, you were lucky to have a mentor like that however, that didn’t happen on accident. It is very, very likely the person they learned from was that type of leader.
