At my company, the 2025 goals are all about expanding into new markets and leveraging tech. It mostly aligns with my career goals since I want to grow in strategy and innovation. But I’m keeping an eye on how it pans out—alignment is key for me to stay invested long-term! How about you?

Thanks for sharing!

We didn’t hit our budget goals last year so we’re really focused on identifying our biggest problems and adjusting what we can. We’re hoping to get more difficult/advanced work from some of our long time clients, so I’m excited to see how we progress this year.
