What are your thoughts on Resume building and AI? I have been with my company 10 years, I have grown with the company, and moved up the ladder with my boss. A new position has opened up with me specifically in mind to fill it. I had to fill out an internal application and submit my resume. I have not updated a resume in 10 years, so I found a template paid $3 and used CHAT Gpt to fill some of it in for time saving I was specific to the position and myself, I edited to be less formal. Thoughts?

I completed all rounds of interviews with capgemini. HR took all the documents about 10 days ago. However, offer letter is not yet released. HR stating that she is waiting for client project confirmation. Anyone faced such delays ? Ans what was the final outcome?

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.
