My problem is thats I have not yet resigned from my current job and Due to 3 months NP none of them ready to take my Interview.

I think it’s great. The problem for Portugal though is companies will move elsewhere if you have these employee positive policies. It could increase unemployment, raise product costs, or lower salaries. I hope the world moves more in this direction but there will always be a country with policies where companies can exploit workers. This puts pressure on other countries.

The easiest way around this is to assign a ton of night work. Then when your people try to message you advice and clarifying questions, you say you can’t talk outside work hours.

I mean sure it’s great. But people in portugsl get paid peanuts. This would never be the case in the US but we get PAID.
Now we will have some people that will go off and say that they want that in the us and it’s not all about the money - you are more than welcome to apply to Portugal 😊

Difficulty: She sent me the message at 2:30 AM.

They don't unless it's shift work or specified in the work contract.
This legislation is just an attempt by the socialist governnent to win votes ahead of an upcoming election.
