Assistant jobs. I’ve seen assistants to higher roles handle so much and with ease. Whole productions would crumble without them.
Oh totally, people forget they’re there all the time and they’re such a glue in productions.
That's true, there are a lot of people who keep everything running smoothly and they don't get a lot of recognition. I've worked with people who sincerely respect the lower level people. In an industry full of people with large egos, that's not always the case, sorry to say.
Oh totally, when you have a good crew it’s great but some crews to take advance of the lower level people.
It’s typically the peoplewhom aren’t noticed yet are making things run behind the scenes -get paid less. It’s ridiculous
The hiring process is even worse.
Assistant/admin roles, they’re lower down on the rungs and may not do the most fun stuff but what they do is important!

Agreed, considering that they do all the things that no one else is willing to do. It's a shame they typically get pigeon holed instead of celebrated accordingly.
