I currently hold offers from below:
IBM - 15.5 LPA
CTS - 18.5 LPA
PWC India - 16 LPA
Oracle Financial Services Software(OFSS) - 21 LPA

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?

Please provide your valuable inputs.

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? This would be for L8/L9 level.

Can someone help understand the difference in day to day work?
