Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops. Can anyone relate? If I’m stressed out, I can’t focus on my tasks because my productivity is driven by creative and explorative thought. When I’m stressed or anxious, my mind doesn’t have the room or space to think freely to get things done, and I end up bouncing around different tasks not getting anything done. And then there’s the whole dopamine addiction issue with doing a small amount of work then hopping on social media because you feel like you need the reward. Just me?

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?
