I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? Husband is a multi sport coach and gone a lot in season, I work in corp banking. Thinking about getting a travel trailer since I camp alone with the kids a lot in the summer, spring and fall for quick weekends. Does anybody do this where you take, maybe 1 day, to create multiple 3 day weekends scattered throughout the year for little trips instead of taking vaca in longer stints? Do you feel more refreshed with lots of smaller trips, or more with a few long trips? Kids are 1 & 3.

I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
