What do you do if you joined a company recently and everyone is too busy to meet with you?

Trying to get up to speed on offerings and work and given very little information from my team. To top it off, managers, senior managers keep cancelling scheduled meetings to kick off different pieces of work.

I am getting really frustrated and honestly a bit worried this is always going to be the case l. Should I go back to my last job I left for this opportunity or start looking elsewhere? What to do?

Supposed to go on an anniversary/major birthday trip this fall to Croatia/Italy. Instead looking after Christmas/NYE domestic. Ideally not frigid but not a dealbreaker. Continental US suggestions? Not FL :)

I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?

Losing motivation and drive as time goes on , and I’m only 27 . Nothing I’m passionate about and money just seems like it’s ever enough ($160k total comp) . I was lucky enough to be making that much at McK while solving social problems within education , Econ dev , and public health

However , social good isn’t pleasing my soul neither is the income . I’ve switched jobs to healthcare where I’m impacting people’s physical and mental health . Still no passion / drive
