If I am working from home, I usually leave after work to go work out. That helps to kind of break up my day and tell my brain that we are doing working for the day. Working somewhere outside of my house for the day always helps as well.

Thats exactly what im going to do now. Its one of the only things that helps me too! Good call
WFH was hard for me too, I always did something to segment my day to “end” work. Like walking my dog.
