What do you do when everyone is leaving the company you just started at but you have no choice but to stay?

FAANG product manager or stay at MBB (EM about 9mo away from AP; 8YOE w/ MBA)?

2020 grad here. Worked at a firm and then clerked. Just started another clerkship and planning on returning to big law around this time next year. Thing is I’m certain I don’t want to litigate and want to do corporate. Has anyone done this?

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?

How does the career graph of business analyst (for business analysis and not analytics) look like?

I have 8 yoe as a manual qa and have been offered the position of business analyst within the company. Want to know the scope before telling a yes.

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Does anyone have any good (free) resources for construction detailing. I’m trying to move up in my career but struggling due to lack of mentorship//training (staff shortage, everyone is busy) I’m rarely taken on construction sites, and if I am It’s because I pushed for it. Being promoted to Director of Sales Development at my current company. Based in Toronto.

My base is being bumped from 110 to 125, and OTE for another 50 up from 35 CAD.

I personally know a few SDR managers that make more. Am I being lowballed? I don’t want to come off as sounding ungrateful for the promotion.

Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times.
