What do you primarily use excel for? My primary use is building probabilistic decision models. Risk analysis, business value forecasts, project prioritization. Improving decisions under uncertainty is my niche and excel is usually my go-to tool.

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
