EY-Parthenon What does an invite by talent acquisition to apply for a specific role by EY-Parthenon mean? I've been sent an invite to apply for a manager role within deal and tech team. This comes after a rejection for another manager role last week in the deal strat execution team. Essentially, is this more of a vacancy ad being tossed out, or a targeted outreach specific to my profile that I should interpret as the firm's interest in me for a role other than that I'd initially applied for?

I have been working in SEA region last 4 years. I feel burned out. I have 10yoe, I have try to move to other country but I pretty much suck in LeetCode. I want to take some time off to unwind, finish some personal business, and really prepare for interviews. I would like to hear from you. Should I quit to my current manager(5th so far) or wait after mid year performance review, when a new boss will take over my team? I'm thinking on giving them 2 months notice period.
